Iconic Tonewood and Construction
The body is crafted from 1-3/4” (44.4 mm) thick U.S. 3-piece alder, chosen for its tonal balance, structural integrity, and vintage-inspired appeal. Widely regarded as the ideal tonewood for bolt-on neck guitars, alder offers a warm, articulate sound, rich in low end and sparkling highs, with excellent natural sustain.
The neck features Northeastern U.S. hard maple, shaped in a comfortable “C” profile, measuring:
• 53/64” (21 mm) at the 1st fret
• 55/64” (22 mm) at the 12th fret
Paired with a rosewood fingerboard and 6mm pearloid dot inlays, it houses 22 jumbo nickel silver frets for smooth, expressive playability.
The 1-11/16” (43 mm) bone nut ensures tonal clarity and reliable string spacing, while Aslin Dane 15:1 die-cast machine heads provide precise, stable tuning.
